Criminal Abuse of Office. Section 174 of Code (8 counts)
The accused was Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare being charged of Criminal abuse of office in that:-
1. She ordered her subordinates to buy a Ministerial motor vehicle using funds from NSSA.
2. She ordered NSSA Management to buy properties from Metbank which were not to the benefit of NSSA.
3. She ordered her subordinates to book air flights and hotel accommodation for Directors in her Ministry to attend her daughter’s wedding in South Africa
