The accused persons are Police Officers based at Patrol Unit. On 30/03/19, the accused persons arrested Muzondiwa Jinga who was driving a Toyota Hiace for picking passengers at an undesignated spot. The accused persons demanded for $100 for them to release him. The complainant did not have the money so he was ordered to drive to Harare Central Police Station. The accused persons were later arrested by Supt Chabata whilst in the vehicle demanding for the money.
