Accused 2 is the Executive Officer Environment Services for NRDC, Siakobvu, Kariba
Accused persons or one or more of them, in the exercise of their duties as members of the NRDC executive management intentionally acted contrary to or inconsistent with their duties as Public Officers by using money which was meant for the communities for NRDC business well-knowing that the money belonged to the respective wards as requires by the CAMPFIRE Constitution.
