During the period extending from 19/ 02/ 2013 to 03/2013, the accused persons acting in common purposes with intend to defraud unlawfully misrepresented to CMED that First Oil Company had the capacity to deliver three million litres of diesel upon payment of money to First Oil. CMED paid US$2 700 000 for non-existent diesel to the prejudice of CMED. Thereafter the accused person transferred the money to Hong Kong well knowing that the money was proceeds of fraud.
