During the period extending from February 2009 to April 2016, the accused persons with intent to defraud evaded paying tax by declaring sales amounting to US$3 194 329.47 whereas in actual fact they had made sales amounting to $24 187 026.43. Thereby causing prejudice to the State in the sum of $4 646 699.32.
