Fraud
During the period extending from 03/01/14 to 04/08/17 the accused on several occasions amounting to 307 counts made a misrepresentation to BOC Gases Hwange that ZPC Hwange had ordered some various gases. Acting on the misrepresentation BOC gases raised delivery notes for ZPC Hwange which were signed by the accused acknowledging receipt of the gases were not received by ZPC.
